Part 2 is an account of the author's two-year tenure as a US Peace Corps Volunteer and subsequent visits to Ethiopia election observer, Fulbright lecturer/researcher, conferee. The content focuses on circumstances in which author found herself how she dealt with them outsider American Chinese descent living working Africa.
